MOTIVATION
Following 5 Motivational YouTube videos which have inspired me a lot. Initially, I was a procrastinate person But these YouTube videos have changed my mindset completely.
First, let us understand the literal meaning of Motivation :
According to Wikipedia, Motivation is the reason for people’s actions, willingness, and goals. Motivation is derived from the word motive which is defined as a need that requires satisfaction.
Why do we need Motivation?
We all have some Goals in life which we want to achieve. Achievement of the Goals gives us Happiness and fulfills the purpose of our life. It doesn’t matter how big or small a goal is. Preparing dinner for the family is a goal and launching a rocket as well. But at times we lack the confidence to achieve our goals. at that time MOTIVATION is the driving force behind achieving the goal.
Often when we are not able to achieve the goals we start to make excuses or start complaining / cribbing. But we forget that we can overcome the habit of complaining (Read my blog 6 Ways To Stop Complaining And Start Living) and move towards our goal with full enthusiasm.
People read Self Help books to be motivated. But just reading the books will not help. After reading the book you will be motivated for only few days but soon you will come back to your old routine life. Though few people actually changes their life after reading the books.
TAKE ACTION
Just thinking about your life goal and making plans will not help you to achieve them. YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION. Do not wait for any perfect or auspicious moment to start moving towards your life purpose. The moment when you take the very first step towards the dream of your life is the most perfect moment. You will experience failures as well as success on the way towards your goals but always keep your focus on the ultimate Goal.
MAINTAIN A JOURNAL. CHUNK DOWN YOUR LIFE PURPOSE IN SMALL GOALS AND MAINTAIN THEM ON DAILY BASIS IN YOUR JOURNAL. MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR DAILY GOALS AND TICK THEM. YOU CAN ALSO REWARD YOURSELF, IN THE END, TO KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED WHOLE DAY.
