Guided Meditation: Releasing Regret and Trusting the Process 🌿
Duration: 6–8 minutes
Find a quiet space. Sit or lie down comfortably. Gently close your eyes, and allow your breath to slow down.
Breathe In… and Breathe Out.
Inhale deeply through your nose… and exhale softly through your mouth.
With every breath, invite peace.
With every exhale, let go of tension.
Now, bring your awareness to your heart.
Feel its rhythm. Feel its wisdom.
Let your heart open to whatever emotion surfaces.
In this moment, think of a memory that brings you regret.
Don’t run from it. Let it arise gently, without judgment.
Just observe. Just witness.
Now silently repeat:
💬 “I am willing to see this differently.”
💬 “I did the best I could with what I knew then.”
💬 “I forgive myself. I set myself free.”
Let the waves of guilt begin to dissolve…
You are not your past actions. You are the love and light that is choosing awareness now.
Visualize this regret as a mist… slowly lifting… carried away by a soft golden breeze.
Let it go.
Now say to yourself:
💬 “I trust the process of life.”
💬 “Every experience shaped me. Every moment taught me.”
💬 “I am growing. I am healing. I am free.”
Take a deep breath in… and a long breath out.
Gently return to the present.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
When you’re ready, open your eyes with a soft smile.
