1. Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must notify us via email within 2 days of delivery at deepika.seksaria@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

In case of cancellations or failed services due to our error, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take additional time before your refund is posted)

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with proof of damage at deepika.seksaria@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange/Replacement Deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
